Definitions
1. The ‘Site’ refers to the entities at the following locations:
  - gangstayoda.com
  - yodatube.com
  - yodamedia.com
  - mustangracers.com
  - vbofficeforums.com
  — and any other Web site operated by YodaMedia LLC.
2. The Site ‘Owners’ are the owners and directors of YodaMedia LLC.
3. The ‘Forum Software’ is the vBulletin® software used by the Site.
4. To ‘Post’ is to contribute content to the Site by any means.
5. The ‘Users’ of this Site are considered to be any party who knowingly accesses the Site.
Agreement
1. By registering for and/or using this Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms of this document.
Licencing and Ownership
1. Unless it is otherwise stated:
  1. The Site and all non-user-contributed content appearing on the Site remain the intellectual property of the Site Owners.
  2. By Posting content to this Site, you agree to grant the Site Owners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display and otherwise use the content that you Post to this Site.
  3. You will retain copyright Ownership over any original content which you Post to this Site.
  4. No part of the Site may be reproduced, either in whole or in part, without the explicit authorisation of the copyright holder(s).
  5. No part of the Site may be exhibited or presented as part of a public performance without the explicit authorisation of the Site Owners.
Acceptable use

Your access to the Site is dependent upon the following conditions:
1. That you respect copyright laws by:
  1. Not Posting to the Site any material to which you do not hold copyright or possess an appropriate licence for, which not covered under the terms of Fair Use in any applicable copyright laws;
  2. Not Posting any software or data, such as ‘cracks’, ‘keygens’, or licence or registration data, which may be used to circumvent any copyright protection measures;
  3. Not Posting any information which enables the circumvention of copyright measures, as defined by and in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998;
  4. Not Posting any content the publication of which breaches any agreement or contract or contravenes any intellectual property law applicable in your locality or that of the Site.
2. That you respect privacy laws by:
  1. Not Posting any information which is confidential without the explicit permission of all parties concerned;
  2. Not attempting to gain access to any part of the Site to which you are not explicitly authorised to access by the Owners of the Site;
  3. Not using the Site to discuss methods of compromising or bypassing security features of the Site, the Forum Software, or any other product or entity, whether through force or by exploiting vulnerabilities in said products or entities.
3. That you not knowingly Post content which is false, misleading, malicious, or otherwise designed to cause harm, and that you do not knowingly Post content which contains viruses, spyware, adware, or any other software designed to cause damage to computer systems or otherwise compromise the security or privacy of the Site or its Users;
4. That you not Post any content which is pornographic, violent, or otherwise obscene in nature, as deemed by Site Owners or their Representatives.
5. That you not Post advertisements or solicitations of any kind to the Site without the explicit permission of the Site Owners;
6. That you not use the Site to harass, abuse, or otherwise attack any party;
7. That you abide by and requests or instructions of the Site Owners or any of their representatives;
8. That you not use the Site to violate — nor discuss means by which to violate — any applicable laws in both your locality and that of the Site.
Limitation of liability and indemnity

You agree:
1. To hold the Site Owners and their representatives free of responsibility for any losses or damages, direct or indirect, which occur as a result of using this Site;
2. That the Site Owners and their representatives will not be held liable for any loss of profit, income, anticipated savings, contracts, business, goodwill, or reputation;
3. That the Site Owners and their representatives will not be held responsible for any events occuring beyond our reasonable control;
4. To hereby indemnify and keep indemnified the Site Owners against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and/or expenses, including legal expenses;
5. To hereby indemnify and keep indemnified the Site Owners against any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of any content which you Post to the Site, your use of or your association with the Site, or your violation of any rights or laws in connection with this Site.
6. That the above be taken as without limitation.
Severability
1. In the event that any clause of this document be deemed unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining clauses shall continue in full effect. In the case that a clause could be considered lawful and enforceable should part of it be deleted, that part shall be considered deleted, and the remainder of the clause shall continue in full effect.
Exclusion of third party rights
1. Unless explictly provided for in this agreement, no part of these Terms is enforceable by a third party.
2. The enforcement of these Terms will not be subject to the consent of any third party.
Variation
1. The Site Owners reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior warning or notice.
Governing law
1. The governing laws of the Site are those of the State of California.
2. These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the governing law of the Site and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles, the State of California, and the United States of America.
